Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain apparel items and accessories cannot be returned if the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Protein.com UK account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all clothing tags and labels are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the pre-paid Royal Mail shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any local Post Office or designated collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
